Summit Solutions was founded by nurses Kimberly Smith and Amanda Graham after years of caring for patients in local hospitals and witnessing the challenges families face when navigating complex healthcare needs. 

With backgrounds in critical care nursing, they saw the importance of having experienced professionals who could provide guidance, communication, and advocacy beyond the hospital setting.

As a locally owned, nurse-led company, Summit Solutions brings clinical expertise and a personal approach to every client relationship. 

Our registered nurse care managers work closely with physicians, specialists, caregivers, and families to help coordinate care, recognize changing needs, and provide trusted support throughout each client’s healthcare journey.
